ya, it's frustrating when girls make you work for it because they think you play when they would give it up otherwise--that's some irony that alanis morisette will never understand

lol ofcourse, it should come easier than this. Its a double edged sword having game, because when they recognize it, they'll do whatever they can to stop you from succeeding, but theres nothing they can do about it in the end.

mod, your girl isn't playing a game; she's throwing up woman's collective defensive mechanism
it probably means that she really likes you and is a decent girl, if you're into that type of thing

yeah she definately shows me all the signs in person, but she definately tries to keep her composure to not make it too obvious haha, especially since she hasnt hit me up/doesn't respond to texts sometimes, but thats every girl anyway.
as for a decent girl, i dont know if im into that... but i do like a challenge.

Modest, it sounds like you're getting your hopes up. Don't be surprised if shes just being nice, just to be nice.

yeah, i figured you were still playing the field, and i briefly considered advising you against pursuing this girl who actually seems to possess some form of scruples, but she needs to learn how guys at your age are

So i hung out with my best female friend and her boyfriend tonight and i realized that i should deinantly just stay friends with her, for a long time. Atleast until her and her current boyfriend breakup. But who knows how long till that will happen. I have went out with her once before and one night she claimed i was her best relationship and she was telling me she loved me and ****. I didnt really know what to think of it so i basically just kinda took it as the "friend love" kinda thing. Its really weird cuz i feel this odd connection with her when we hang out. and i know she feels it too. Its like we know what each other is thinking. Does any one else feel this odd connection/feeling with someone but know they should just stay friends with them just to keep that connection/feeling because you know that you could potentially hurt that person by getting into a relationship and ruining that connection/feeling?

Just because you both don't think doesn't mean you read each other's thoughts.

Bold #1- That **** is scary, and that's terrible.
Bold #2- Personally, I wouldn't think of it as anything. It's just a friendly love because dating is a process. Highly doubt she's "in love".
Bold #3- On a platonic level? I can't say I have. I want to say something, but I believe it's irrelevant.

Hung out with the ex last night, most awkward thing ever.
I was there for an hour before I just walked out.
