I still have a hard time pulling the bolt out after unscrewing the back cap 1 1/4 turns - I usually push from the bolt.

yeah same here, if i keep on turning eventually the halves of the can unscrews. so either way id have to push from the bolt tip to get everything out.

I work on my gun in front of the computer, so I have the .pdf downloaded and pull up the images as I broke it down first few times. That way the pages stay open without having to hold the manual, and the manual does not get filled with grease.

If your having a hard time pulling it out, take the access lube on ur finger after lubing the bolt and coat the tube inside that the bolt goes into.

Also though this NT compared to other dms i have owned seems like the bolt cycle is hard? What I mean by that is if you take ur finger to pull the bolt forward and make itr cycle its really hard, and it feels like it goes halfway with no trouble but then i have to reallyu pull it. Do you guys notice this as well? Its not a problem but I am just curious.

Part of the problem is that I do not have anything to grip to remove the bolt. As for the difficulty with the bolt, I assumed that it needs to break in a little more.

I have some Monkey Poo en route, and hopefully that makes things a little easier.

Just had a look here for a friend of mine who has one of these and if anyone is having any problems on this just keep the backplate on and the hole in the back will fit the largest allen key on the dye tool, just twist and push the bolt back through the marker and it should all pop out!

What I do is put my index finger through the feed neck and push while I am pulling on the back cap, it makes so much easier. Or do what other people do by pushing a swab through the front of the gun.
