Doesn't happen every shot. The gun does not actually shoot twice, however, the gun cycles once and two balls come out of the barrel. Double checked to make sure my dwell was at 6. I'm thinking that there is still suction occuring even after the notch in my bumper was cut that is causing an extra ball to be sucked into the breach. Anyone from dye have any idea?

If 2 balls are going into the gun at once then check your detents

it is most likely ur dwell if its too low it can cause it to do that. Stock should be at 6. If its already at 6 then Try upping it to 7 and see if it stops.

I would say, wait for the updated parts before you go jacking with your settings.

If the NT is cycling twice, it's probably trigger sensitivity. If it is cycling one time, but shooting two balls it can be the detents, piston spring, or the bumper. If you have the bumper with the notch, you may just need the stiffer return spring. If you have the stiffer spring and the notch cut in the bumper, reset your settings to stock and give your ball detents a once over.

I would guess that your eye pipe isn't seated correctly and the detents are stuck.

Good deal. Spring should be on its way. I do notice my notched orange bumper starting to peel around the edges. I assume this should be looked at too. Does dye send out pre-notched bumpers?

Detents move fine in the breach. Going to hand feed paint to check out how much force it takes to feed a ball through them.

Thanks for everyone's input!

We can send out pre-notched bumpers, but a little extra flash around the edges won't hurt anything. As long as it protects metal from hitting metal without the vacuum effect it's doing it's job.

Check your loader, the force settings may be to high forcing a ball past a detent.
