quick question about bps locks

hey i have a quick easy question about bps locks for tournaments. i got out of paintball about 5 years ago and i was told that they have changed the max bps for games. can anybody help me out i think it was at like 14.7 or something when i got out.

It was probably 15.4bps when you got out. For the 2008 season, the PSP lowered it to 13.3bps, which worked pretty well for the players. You got the intense lanes of 15bps but people weren't getting quite as destroyed at the end of games. For the 2009 season, the PSP lowered the ROF cap to 10.5bps for all lower divisions, which is so slow that the first time you use it you think your gun is broken.
