I dropped in a lighter spring, and the tension is about midway between stock and no spring. I would like to remove the spring, and will try it this weekend.

Did you drop in the magnet already, or planning to do it?
BTW, it's "Rotor."

Mine hasn't bounced yet with sensitivity at one. And with no spring it's amazing that there is still quite a bit of force to pull the trigger.. Perhaps Dye uses the 80 gram switches when we are all used to the non existant pull of 35 gram switches.. but who knows.

Also, are those magnet kits simply replacing the spring? I would prefer a magnet that is set up like on the ego, in which is is use to pull the trigger forward from the front, rather than push from behind.
The resaon is that with the spring and magnet behind the trigger, the force is least when the trigger is at rest in the forward position and increases as you pull the trigger. With the magnet pulling from the front, the highest resistance is in the beginning,a nd decreases as the trigger is further pulled. IMHO, this would prevent bouncing better, since the strongest force is keeping the trigger pulled forward. I also like the idea of overcoming the force initially, and the resistance decreasing incrementally.
I am currently running without a spring, stock debounce, no problems with trigger running away while shooting paint. Now, if I dry fire and cover feedneck and barrel (to make it quiet) it will go full auto.
