I completed a deal with Ryan Adam Fulcher on July 21'st 2009 for a 08 ego. I was informed the marker was broken a day later and he would not be shipping, I gave him plenty of time to refund the money or ship the marker out. I filed a claim with paypal and won, however no money was recovered.
I have talked with Hal on this issue and he has spoke with Ryan with no success, Im hoping if any of you know him, you can put some pressure on him to complete the refund.
As I understand it Ryan is NOT a member of the ole miss club,so this post is not meant to reflect on the club, simply a plea to other players closest to the issue.
On a side note I have actually met some of you while I was in school, during the horrible NCPA Oklahoma tournament last year. |

We cannot gaurantee anything, MrDrake, as we do not have any real authority to handle the situation in the manner that it probably needs to be, but I can assure you that we will speak to him to attempt to resolve the situation to the best of our ability. I can assure you a police report is on file with Oxford police,however getting them to do anything is like pulling teeth for small matters like this. I am however in direct contact with one officer who is looking into this.
I don't like passing this burden on but this post was to alert the players closest to the situation.

actually no, I wasn't, that was tickyticky. We were in sort of a hurry to get them finished for our first event, but we are real happy with the way they turned out regardless. Next year if we re-design, we'll give you a shout out for sure. Appreciate the advice- you obv. know what you are doing.
