Pizza, homemade, in the toaster oven?
I am going to make some pizza tonight... but since my place is pretty small there is no real oven... I just have my convection toaster oven.
Do you think the pizza will cook weird, with it being so much closer to the heating element than a normal oven?
If it doesn't seem like the convection oven will cook it properly I am going to try cooking it on the grill... I didn't even know that was possible, but apparently it is really good if you know the procedure.

use english muffins as the crust dude. they turn out delicious in the toaster oven.

Yepp, I am making my own crust. And I got a boatload of toppings at the store just now... going to be so bomb.
English muffin pizzas are good, but I am looking for the real thing 
I guess I am going to attempt the grill, just a bit of a pain since it is a charcoal grill. Will give it a really nice flavor I think, but its a pain waiting for it to get hot haha |

Pizza on the grill is highly recommended...I put the dough directly on the grill, cooked one side, took it off the grill and flipped it over, then put all the toppings on and put it back on the grill for the other side to cook. It was delicious.

Brick pizza oven>all.........or be ninja and cut off the "cleaning cycle lock" and cook on that ****....Pizza is best when cooked in like 900 degree ovens =]
But since you dont have one....The grill will suffice

I has a pizza stone that you put in the oven, so it's cooked similarly to a brick oven pizza. Makes the crust into pure win.
