I'm sure of it. Put the spring in the hole in the back and see for your self.

"If the problem persists, reset your solenoid by following the steps bellow.
Take the top three phillips head screws out off Solenoid Cap. (Make sure to press down hard to avoid stripping screws. If the screw get stripped you will have to buy a new Solenoid.) Next pull the piston out which is held in by a magnetic force and check the seals on both the bottom and top of the piston. They should be flush with the rest of the piston if not grab a small allen key and push the seal in and pull the allen key out until it goes back to flush position. – (originally posted by cjs9485)"
But honestly if you have a new poppit I would look into replacing all the orings on the bolt and bolt guide if you haven't already. That would be my next guess.

Ya, screw the back cap out to up the velocity. I pretty positive its out. Just play with it.
Mine is doing the exact same thing. And I have the old poppet. Problem is, Boss is sold out of them.. I'm kinda screwed..
Edit: Boss has the poppets back in stock. $20 shipped though.

Are you using a high pressure or low pressure tank? CounterClockwise for velocity increase

if it's in all the way, back it out half of a turn and start there. only adjust more over a chrono if needed.

harry i tried that i went up and down the velocity knob, but still it doesnt work out for me im still getting like a 3 foot ball drop.... i really think its because i need to wear down the spring but dont wanna try just yet because i only have 1500 psi left and they say wearing down the spring can take 2 tanks of dry firing........anyone think the problem can be something different??

it's not the spring. the spring only returns the bolt, it won't affect velocity.
check your dwell, check your battery again, try replacing the poppet o-ring.

thats great that you fixed your mini. you should be alot more confident in your fixing abilities. When Im fixing something, I know what the settings and what everything looked like before I had the problem, and I take these things and check to see what has changed. and If I see something diffirent, I change it, and boom, im back in the game! And if you ever need help with something, we here on pbnation will do the best of our extent to help. For me, every problem I have ever had and i couldnt do by myself. Pbnation was there with tons of help!
