Problem with my ion bouncing

I can usually solve my marker problems myself, I need to order a rebuild kit to rule this out, just trying to get some input while I don't have the stuff I need to ease my mind perhaps?

My ion will leak when first aired up, if you screw with the on/off it will eventually seal and shoot, but every now and then the bolt stays forward and it vents, only for a few seconds though. Also, my critical trigger isn't centered with the virtue board, I need to get a nut to put on it. I'm pretty sure this is whats causing the marker to bounce but is it possible that a improper seal in the chamber or on the bolt could be causing a bouncing effect as well? I could have sworn I saw it bouncing and the microswitch wasnt even pressed in. Anyway, any input is great.

well the bouncing problem I fixed by going to home depot finally and getting a nut for the critical trigger. But its well lubed and cleaned and its not the battery, at least im pretty damn sure. So the bouncing has gone away from what I can tell but the bolt will stay forward and vent air for less then a second here and there during rapid fire.

my ion would do that early in the during winter early in the morning. i don't get snow or have harsh winters just at like 6:30 am when we would start practice my ion would do that. i relubed it and still the same thing so i decided to try a different lube. i went from dow 33 to hater marmalade. i have not had the problem since. since it is summer i doubt cold is the factor, but more than likely a lube issue.
