usually the leak down the barrel is caused by the inside oring on the bolt stop or the sail oring. check those again.

check the front banjo fitting, and regulator oring. Also might want to see if barrel has o-ring popped or missing.

Mine does this to, but only when I run out of air. Tired replacing everything in it and nothing helped. Hasnt effected the preformance, so I didnt bother trying anything else.
How much air is left in your tank when its leaking?

I had an Ion that did this as well. Never could figure it out. The XE I picked up last month does not have this issue? Maybe a flaw in a certain batch?

mine did this after i changed out the body. the rear frame screw was causing the problem. maybe try unscrewing it a little and air it up? can you push the bolt back and stop the leak? and when you push it back, does it stay back?

Is it possible that you missed the inner breech o-ring?
It's right behind the feedneck inside the breech.
