Unhappy Luxe sqeaking while shooting

Hey guys. love my luxe and i have not had any trouble
with it at all,,, but now.


On sunday at practice my luxe started making
some kinda sqeaky noise while i was shooting it.

Any1 got any advise on this issue?

the only noises like that i have ever heard were from a marker regulator... have you tried cleaning and lubing the marker?

I lubed the bolt on saturday before practice on sunday and it was fine until mid afternoon, have not cleaned the reg yet, i have only shot 15 cases through it, so its fairly new.

off the top of my head, a squeak can be caused by something moving and vibrating or by a disruption of airflow.

my best guess, without hearing it myself would be to check all passages and make sure something isnt stuck in a port...


i would investigate the manifold, but you must recognize the risk in doing so. PM Tarzan as well, maybe he has seen this before...

Lube the reg...my max flo used to make a sweet noise like that when it needed cleaned and greased.

Grease the piston and spring in the reg. If you have a max-flo also, make sure you put some grease on the spring stack.
