There has been quite a few folks that have been kicking around wanting an open pump class in the MPS for 2010. Has one else heard any news of this?

I don’t feel there are enough pump teams to warrant their own Level. All pump tournaments have been tried in the past when TAP was around and it maybe drew in 1 or 2 teams. If you’re an all pump team, I would entertain the idea of players playing down with pump guns… for example, a L2 team playing L3 with all pump guns.

And for the most part we didn't get COMPLETELY rolled either, which was a pleasant surprise.

Since I am a pump guy from way back I would entertain the idea. If we could get 6 teams min to play an event I could do something like Phantoms or the new SL68 2's for prizes.

If we can get the minimum 6 teams to hold this division I will give out at least Phantoms for 1st

Would I be able to play L3 and then play the pump division? If so I may look into getting a SL68 or maybe a used phantom.

As it sits right now they are played at the same time so that probably wouldn't work out.
