ion first shot drop off

hello all

i pulled my ion out of storage, disassembled, cleaned, and lubed everything. Aired up the gun and it seems like i have to work out up to operating pressure. The first shot is real short like 2 feet and it just gradually builds up to normal fps.the longer i let it sit between shots the shorter the first shot is. i cannot hear any leaks though. thats the strange thing.

Any input?

Try a better battery. Ions are picky about those.

Check your dwell also.. and make sure your tank isn't screwed in all the way. If it is back it out a turn. When your tank is screwed in all the way, sometimes the tank blocks off the air passage in your ASA.

anthrax does that apply to the stock asa? im using aftermarket on/off on it but ill get my tank refilled and try that. although i think the effect would be opposite of my issue.

i have tried 3 different brand spanking new batteries.
