Phantom Velocity wont Change!

Alright im looking to get this broken phantom but you cant change the velocity because something is wrong with it. Any ideas what it could be and how much would it cost to fix or replace what's broken?

Marker is CCI VSC phantom.

It's a nelson type marker, so right away it you know it will be easy.

It could be that the adjuster on the bolt is broken. If the marker still cycles and fires smoothly, buy a CCI or an Autococker spring kit and change the main spring to achieve the proper velocity. If it doesn't fire, just order a new bolt assembly from Mike at CCI, it's item 22 on the parts list.

I think the whole check the lug thing was going on when i just joined so im not to familiar with that. What does that mean.

you can easily replace the internals of the phantom to make it work like new again.

what about checking the set screw? could it be in to far that it has siezed the TPC?
