I wish I would have had this kind of customer service a couple weeks ago when my shop ordered a victory from blast and Matt didn't fill the order... The worst part was when he denied ever receiving a call from the shop, but I was there when the order was placed.
I cancelled my order because Matt acted that way

Honest mistakes happen, just don't lie about them!
But on other occasions, Blast has been awesome!

Hey Terry, is it safe to assume that if our Victory's haven't had this problem yet, that we will be safe in the future? I have 12 cases through my Victory and I just want to be sure that I have nothing to worry about.

Sorry for whatever bad experience you guys had.
Don't know what happened on our end, I try to stay out of the sales side.
Still, I troubleshoot from the outside and if you let me know what shop the order was made from I'll let Bob know so he can look into it.
My experience with Matt is that he is human and prone to making a mistake as any other, I've also seen him take full responsibility whether deserved or not when screw ups happen.
With that said, if there is anything I can do within reasonable limits, let me know. |

The issues that all these other forum members have had, have all turned up shortly after delivery.
We've traced the issue and determined that a small run of our teflon seals were out of spec.
To be frank, I'm doing my own little personal tracking and I'm estimating about 2.5% of all Victorys in existance are affected. Of which I just sent less than half those new seals.
I think you'll be fine, my prototype had gone thru over serveral 100k cycles and has only failed once due to a switch to that same out spec seal after doing it's first rebuild 3 weeks ago. |
