I fish at gallup pond too, korma is a traditional indian recipe that carp is popular in, it basically consists of:

1 lb carp chunks
1/2 cup onion paste
2 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tbsp coriander paste
6 cardamom
1 inch cinnamon
2 tsp salt
3/4 cup ghee or oil
6 green chilli
2 tbsp kewra
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice

carp have a mudvein, right? gotta be real careful taking it out or you will **** up the meat. maybe it was some other organ, i dont know. all i know is if you dont prepare them right they taste like *******.


as you can tell i dont eat that ****, i just toss those things back

Herredomme helped look for balloons
1. Scale and rinse fish well.

2. Cut in 1/2 and place on pine board.

3. Place the fillets on the board.

4. Bake at 340* for 90 minutes.

5. Remove from oven, throw carp away.

6. Serve board with or without tarter sauce.
