12g changer leaks, how to fix?

Everytime I try to get my 12g changer to gas up, it just leaks all the c02 out the top when I put it in a gun. I think I need to replace to top o-ring, but i'm not sure....

if you think you should replace the o-ring maybe ...try it? or your pierce seal is done.

Hand-tightening real hard each time I plug in a new cartridge is what I had to do to fix my leaks.

Those seals replace easily by using a 015 (or so) oring from a Matrix parts kit. It slips in cozy and does the job well.

The puncture seal leaked in my splatmaster. Use a #6 flat nylon washer from home depot. A small dab of rubber cement will hold it in place around the piercer.

Splatmaster seals are different, though. At least the one in my Rapide is.

I didn't realize that. I was told the seal for a phantom would also work. But buying a baggie of washers is cheaper.

I think that you just didn't see it...

Metal on metal cannot "seal" and have no leaks.
