high protien food as you can get with low calories. such as eggs, oats, fish, chicken, and etc. u don't have to have boring food. find healthy ways to spic up your meal and change it up day to day.
and no junk food when you are sitting around. only eat that crap after being active like after a jog or a basketball game etc. your body will burn up just about any food at that point.
and no soda.
also fyi mayo has 11 grams of fat per serving compared to only 3 grams of fat in miracle whip. compare foods while you are shopping and you will find helpful info like that.
