2009 MPS Event #3 - July 18/19 - Graffiti Paintball in Belle Plaine, KS

o ya i was exteamly satisfied with this entire event! reffing was as fair and biest as ive ever seen (

props mayhem!) the field was great. how about that GRASS!

Thanks to all the L3 teams. It was a great day for some ball. The refs were the best I've ever seen at an MPS event.

to the head ref on the L3 field. He was always in control of the games and was a very good ref. I like how strict they were on enforcing the cap. Even though my I-40 teams got hit with 2 hot guns, I can't get mad at them for doing there jobs. Had a great time and can't wait for #4.

this was a great event, reffs were great, and the fact that in our bracket at least (L2 bracket 1) there were i think 4 teams within like 40 pts of each other at the lunch break, great competition, and had fun playing kick'n, thanks for coming out just to play guys.

I watched both days. And i would agree with everyone that the refs did a good job. As always there were a few bad/missed calls, but that happens i guess. I do have one question tho, why were some one for one called on some teams but not the others? I know its the ref choice to call one or not, but it seemed to be aimed at just a few teams.

I think the refs did a great job. We will be at event 4 hopping to do better then what we did. I enjoy the level of play that was out there.

I wouldnt say that it was aimed at a few teams. I would just say that it was inconsistent. But still WAYYYY better then past events. Nice job.

There was an error in the points that was discovered after the prize ceramony.... I 40 Fuel Black officially got 3rd and Under Achievers got 4th.

I want to thank Dan and the head ref on the L3 field for hearing us out on the scoring error in the finals. You guys could have just said whatever, and blown us off, but you both handled it professionally. I know it was one of my player's error for signing under the wrong score(whether the ref pointed there or not) but you guys took care of the situation. That is just another reason why the Fuel teams will continue to play in the MPS.
