They are great harnesses. I got the 4+7 and its amazing. Very comfortable padding (feels like a pillow), doesn't move around AT all, the pods literally shoot all the way out, very easy to wipe paint off after a match, and it has a pocket for your important cards like id cards, drivers license etc.
I would say get it. Oh and also they are only $60 which is awesome
