I personally use the T stock, it's adjustable, and just fits me a little bit better than an L stock. The pressure distribution, to be technical, may be an issue as well because on a T stock your pressure is centered between it, likewise on the L, its a bit different since it sits at a lower angle.

The T-stock is adjustable, while the L-stock is at a much sharper angle, which means that it makes the gun 'taller'.

I'm 6'1" and the L-stock fit perfectly for me. In the end, it comes down to your preference.

the t-stock actually will surprisingly enough put the phantom at the perfect geight for most people, although I'm sure the L would work as well. Personally, I run my phantom hawaiian style (backwards tank) with no stock cause I find I can move it and snap shoot better with no stock.
