Draxxus 09 pants waist sizing

Hi I was looking to buy some dxs 09 pants but dont know the waist on them can someone help me out here.

I have Large '06 DYE Pants and they are big on me.

Then I bought Large '09 Draxxus pants, and they are way to small.

On action village I think they have some size charts.

i pmd hingeman and he said they make Medium,Large,xtra large,and 2x
he said medium is between small and medium and large is between medium and large
but i wanted to know the waist in inches like 28inches-30inches
