its bacon
i throw it on a plate w/ a few layers of paper towel in the microwave for 3-4 minutes to get some of the fat out so it is less of a mess in the pan. then throw it in the pan. cook till it looks like its about to get crispy. it will crisp up once u take it out.
i like to put a little splenda on it. good ****

I actually prefer to cook half of them to where they are cooked, but not crispy, and the other half of them crispy... throw that in a BLT and its textural masterpiece.

in a pan flipping frequently especially at the end to ensure maximum greasiness.
then *place* on a paper towel to let crisp without soaking up all the grease in the paper towel.
mmmmm extra crispy extra greasy bacon

No... turkey bacon, though pretty good, is far from the delicious of pork bacon.

You can microwave any bacon if you have a microwave bacon cooker, and really, it's a pretty good method.

Mine is similar to that, it really works quite well, you can get it to just about any consistency you want.
You can also just put some paper towels on a plate, slap some bacon on top, and cover with more paper towels, but that doesn't work nearly as well.
