I've never seen them get a premium price over a normal quest w/ GM, Snatch and whichever board they had (mine had WAS too). When I bought mine it was actually slightly cheaper than many non-limited Quests due to WAS (this was quite some time ago in the middle of the WAS boards dying en-mass). When I sold it I only managed to get about the same amount for it that standard Quests were going for, wasn't able to get any Premium despite it's limited nature (which actually still made me a profit due to the whole thing about dying WAS boards having died down).
