I own a 98 custom and she works im sorry worked beautifully. Ya see, I just bought a cyclone feed system and 16 inch tippmann sniper barrel for it. I installed the cyclone and she worked fine. But when i screwed in the barrel, It stoped firing, the balls just jam in the barrel and it stops recocking. All of my other barrels work though. I have no clue what to do. Can anyone help or atleast suggest something!?! Thank you!

Do other barrels cause the same issue? Or is it just the Tippmann sniper?

What size is the barrel? The paint may be too big for it, although I would think it would just break, not jam. The bolt may be getting stuck in the back of the barrel. My pro-carbine will do that with one of my barrels. Then it won't recock right.

well its either a paint match problem or a barrel problem.

what type of thread does the barrel have? is specifically for the 98? you might want to double check that.
At the very least, take it back to the shop and exchange it.

I beleive the barrel is .689, but it dosnt state it on the package anywhere. The package does say it is threaded for a 98 custom or custom pro. So, I may have to call Tippmann or contact actionvillage. But my stock 8 inch barrel works. I'll have to try my PMI Razor though
