Newish to legends

So im picking up a legend for $180 from my buddy thats quitting , just wondering how to tell if its v2 or not. I'v owned a couple legends in the past but never payed much attention since I had already been told they were v2.
*EDIT* found how to tell if theyre V2

I was also wondering what some good settings are? Looking for maximum efficiency while easy on paint.

Sorry if theres a thread somewhere on this or if its commonly asked, but I didnt see one so I thought I would ask.

Thanks in advance

You have to balance dwell w/pressure to get good efficiency and at the same time easy on paint. High dwell and low pressure is easy on paint but can be bad on efficiency. Low dwell and high pressure gives better efficiency but is harder on paint.
