You can still see paint coming out of his marker as hes turning and clearly after he got kneecapped from like a foot away.

No, he didn't spin, he's looking right at the attacker. Because we don't have the reverse angle as well, we can't even tell who shot whom first.
If either person had their gun up, they might have survived the encounter. Refs are also more likely to call a playing on penalty if you shoot the person somewhere obvious, like the face.

I'm being impartial amd just pointing out what I see in the pics
in the 3rd pic, you see the paintbullet break on the knee. Now, it should be noted that my camera only takes pics at 2.5 frames per second.
if we had a better angle on the 2nd pic, we might be able to tell with certainty.
in the 4th pic, you see more paintbullets breaking (assuming one, then the one that is being fired.

another thing to note.
look at the barrel of the gun in relation to the left knee in the 3rd pic, and then look at the barrel of the gun in relation to the left knee on the 4th pic.
again, I'm being impartial, and just stating what I am seeing in the pics |
