They decided upon the rule right after MAO, but we weren't quite positive how it would all work out until recently. Nonetheless, its a good rule and will benefit the league and all the fans. At least the jersey designs will get showcased at the largest tournament in the world.

Wonder how burrito is enjoying training. Iraq is a blast furnace in the face. 130 degree days, mid-80's at night... sand storms all the freaking time... gotta love it. Anyways, now that I got my comptuer here I'll start working with some other idea's I've had. Remove my 1st entry out also, I left the full sized graphics on my computer in NY.
