Issues with my ion.

Hi guys, I'm kind of going crazy with my ion right now, so bear with me.

I bought my ion second hand about a week ago. When I was disassembling the gun I didn't notice but I broke off that little plastic piece that is suppose to turn on the ion when pressing the power button on the outside. Being the cheap person I am, I was able to replace that piece with the config plastic piece. So fast forward to today, I bought some hater sauce to grease my bolt. I dissembled it and greased the bolt. Now when I try to reassemble it, I can't get the screws to line up. When I line up the last screw in the back to the spacing for it on the body, all the other screw fall out of alignment. If I align the screw holes for the others, the back I can't screw on. And while I was trying to fix that, the other plastic piece broke to power the ion.

First question: what am I doing wrong in assembling it? I cant align the bolt and can screw holes to the frame.

How do I replace my stock board?

Nvm guys. The bolt stop was in backwards causing a small gap that made it impossible to screw the body and frame in. As to the board, I will just buy a virtue board.

I would suggest a 7th element board for 75 bucks it has the modes you will use as well as great customer service to back it up.
