you do realize that 300PSI is WAY too much for that marker!
the solenoid is meant to run below 200psi. If you have it turned up too high, you can be causing the pintle inside the solenoid to stay stuck closed. Turn your air pressure down before you blow the damn thing up!

yes guys that's was the tank pressure. What should the gauge on the frame be reading? the gauge reads 250 when its not even aired so i'm assuming its broken.

Is you trigger adjusted too far in keeping the trigger switch on?

my trigger is sensitive enough that it will trip the switch by shaking the marker but its definitely not holding the switch down. and even if it was shouldn't it still fire once the switch is released and depressed again. I found one of my banjo's had cracked threads which was my major air leak but the marker still wasn't firing. I will have to go to the pro shop this week and grab a new fitting and try airing the marker up again but i am confident it will not be operating properly. anything else i could troubleshoot? how do i go about opening the regulator i have to clean it? thanks

for the stock regulator go to your manual to see how or if you dont have it download it from the smart parts website
http://www.smartparts.com/Manuals/Ion_Manual.pdf
its on page 18 and you'll need a 5/8 end wrench a 3/32 allen wrench a 9/16 deep well socket and a socket wrench and some lube. the inside shouldn't be dirty just dry but to be sure wipe it down. with the other regulator you have i dont know but from the picture it looks like it comes apart at the middle or the unscrew it from the bottom
