smart parts return policy

Ok I know this is the wrong forum but i figure you guys if anyone would know about smart parts.
I got a pair of defender pants and the ripped really bad after only 2 uses. I was just standing in a bunker and ripped when i bent over. Does anyone know if smart parts will replace them for me. I already called them but its saturday and their not open. Any idea...anyone?

I honestly doubt that they will replace them. Smart parts usually uses the policy that unless it is messed up when you got it out of the package, its your problem.

IDK if they will take it back, if they don't...learn to sew, it's not that hard. Every guy should know the basics of sewing.

This is a lesson to all those out there. If you buy Jt, or DYE (I believe) pants and they rip, you can return them and they will either fix them or replace them. idk how long after etc.

but your best bet would be to hit up sean@smartparts here on the nation and he'd be able to point you in the right direction.
