Tapper, have you decided on a date for the rain out? I know that July and September are the two open months. Let us know as soon as you can solidify the date and location so that I can let my guys know. I am hoping you go with September, gives most of the teams enough time to plan for it and make sure they can attend.

We are doing everything we can to make the right decision and not conflict with the host schedule or any events that may take away from the MSXL. If I don't get a clear decision from the potential host by the Proving Grounds event I will host it myself or drop it. We only count 4 scores anyways. I'll do right by you guys either way.

don't cancel it if you don't have to. I like the ability to take the best four, that allows you to still be competitve in points for the series even if something happens to your team, conflict in tourneys, just had a bady day,etc., to allow everyone a chance to make it.

It also keeps teams from no longer playing in the series if they have a bad event. I would like to see this series hit the full 16 team maximum
