Ok, after disassembly it seems the front bolt bumper is completely torn/worn down. Odd, I thought, since I've put less than a case through the marker thus far.

Worse, though the included parts kit supposedly includes a spare bumper, I cannot find one in there. I haven't used any of the spares yet, but I added up all the parts that are supposed to be in the bag and got 25. There are only 24 parts in my bag.

I am displeased.
