i4's suck. i snatched a friend of mines today when he left them at the field and not impressed at all. the foam is falling off and the lense seems to scratch exceptionally well. plus half of your cheek is exposed. i'd say no to the i4s and just have him add cash.

it depends who is wearing 14's. you probly have a bigger face, or face shape than littler kids or older guys with a smaller face. and lenses scratch on any mask, just take more care of it (cleaning...) use softer rags, not dirty jerseys or undershirts under ur jerseys.
