see what you'll realize after you finish wasting your time and get your nice little knife set and gay little diploma is that you could have been an intelligent, hard working individual and gone much farther in those 4 years than you have
I understand your frustrations, though, I would also be angry at myself for making a dumb move like that and then having the balls to get uppity about it

haha QFT i hate all the culinary ****s that come in and think they know everything. sucks when you paid 40k for school, started months before me and i still tell you what to do everyday.

negative the majority of students have bad work ethics and think their way is the right way. they will go before me and my machine like work ethic and surgical precision on the line cranking out 1200 covers with my eyes closed.
did i learn how to cook in school? no. i worked my *** off and all my chefs see that and teach me more than i could learn there.

Attention *** Hats!! I dont give a damn who you are, where you work, if you got to where you are by working way up or through a cullinary school. WHAT DO CARE ABOUT IS YOU STARTING A PISSING CONTEST IN THIS THREAD!!!! So knock it off or face a temp ban and this thread getting shut down. If you do have to get all macho ignorant and see who has bigger.........credentials, take it some where else! Do I make myself clear?? Thank you for your future compliance.

My dinner tonight was some seared yellowfin tuna, crusted in sesame seeds, with wasabi mayo sauce.
Very unoriginal, but fun and quick to make at the house.
