How big?

I recently bought this tank off of a local guy who was selling his gear. Its a 4500 psi tank but i have no clue as to what size it is. IS bigger than my 68/45 but the tank itself doesnt seem to say how many CI it is.

If any one is able to tell me how big it is that wouyld b great.
