I have a crossfire 68/45 and i am having a problem with the fill nipple o-rings. i can play maybe 2 or 3 times and then the o-ring inside the fill nipple will bend out of place and leak. I know i can just buy a 5-pack of the o-rings for like a dollar and just keep replacing them, but i just wanted to kow if there was anything else wrong that i should know about.

are you always using the same fill station? Maybe its the pattern that the air is injected into the tank that is causing premature wear on the o-ring.

Try using a different fill station, and see if it helps any..

well, thats a good question. ive never thought of that. i have really only played at one field, do u think it could be the person filling my tank???

if the o-ring keeps coming off the checkstrut, I would take a look at the checkstrut to see if the o-ring groove is damaged, or if it's just shallow. it sounds like the check strut may not be the correct one for your fill nipple, or that it just wont hold an o-ring securely anymore.

mine kept comming off so i got rid of the reg, that and the piston was destroyed twice
