Paint vendors

I got a question about paint vendors down in DC/VA. Can anyone just buy paint or do you have to be playing at the event?

I wouldnt mind picking up 5-10 cases while Im there.

Also, will Severe be there?

Paint at national event is usually just for the teams playing unless it is from a vendor at a trade show.

im 90% sure that none of the teams are gonna be able to help you unless they sneak out five cases. at hb they distributed paint as the teams needed a paint(if that makes sense... lol) and whatever paint they didnt use they got refunded.. so if team k.g.b. mon bought 30 cases and we only used 24 we get refunded 6 cases at 45 a case. uspl holds them in a big container
