I dont understand how when Im starting to lose weight and get in shape but the scale says I weigh more even though I look a little better.

muscle is denser than fat. You have gained muscle, so the scale stays the same.

Also, as long as you're happy with how you look, weight doesn't matter.
Chicks are gonna look at YOU not the number on the scale.

Oh I know, which is why Im not really mad about it, because I know Im looking better. But I think the scale is broken. There is no ****ing way in hell I weigh 240 lol. Gaining ten lbs of muscle in the last 2 months did not happen. |

I dunno man, when I was actually working out and in shape I was up to 215. I'm now at like 205/210 and definitely fatter.
