It is, but you pretty much have to mangle the barb. It is a flush mount barb if I remember correctly. Either way it's a 10-32 barb and is easy to come by.
Go to
www.airsoldier.com and look under Pnuematic fittings. The part you want is:
Clippard 10-32 Low Profile Hose Barbs for 1/16" or 3/32" ID Tubing
You want the 3/32" ID tubing variant.
