eyes not working

I recently got a APE Rampage Board for my Mini, but I can't seem to get the eyes to work. When I first turn it on, without any paint, it shows a solid Red like it should when there is no ball in the breach, but it will still shoot. So basically the problem is the eyes don't work, but then when I put my stock board in, they're fine.

Dont up your threads. Are you sure the connections are hooked up correctly? Did you try a new battery? Have you called ape?

I have the ape board. When the red light is solid that means ball in chamber semi auto mode. Take out the paint and turn it on and see what happens. You can get the manual from their web site it will help.

I've tried of with/without paint, and it has the red light(which means the breach is empty, but even with the eyes on and the led solid red, it will still shoot red if there isn't paint in the breach

reset the board and check for bent pins at the top of the board. red means semiauto mode, eyes on, ball in breech (will fire), if it turns purple then it means no ball in breech (will not fire). blinking purple means eyes off. I know this board very well.

well I'm looking at the manual right now and it says: "slow flash/manual eyes off, fast flash/ ifault override, led solid/empty breach alert", so this obviously means that if the led is solid, it means that the eye are on but there is nothing in the breach, but the problem is, even when there is nothing in the breach, it still fires, even though it says the eyes are on and that there is nothing in the breach

I apologize my board must be a older version. I would try to reset the board if that does not work I would contact them, they have a good warranty.
