I would say maynard is the biggest possibility if the uspl is using local feilds for the events rather than set up their own feilds like psp and nppl did, but if they are setting up their own feilds then my guess would be the brockton fair grounds. thats where they held the nppl boston 07 event it was at gillette in 06 and the brockton fair grounds was acctualy a realy good place for it with tons of parking and places for the vendors as well as plentty of room for all the feilds and staging areas and it's all grass not pavement like gillette. but like i said im gonna go to BP on manday or tuesday and get some stuff and ill ask anthony or jewa since im sure they know

Your kidding right? You do realize how big Gillette actually is with the parking lots and you do also know they already have a outdoor turfed field there where they practice they could hold 5 events at Gillette at the same time theres so much room

Gillette-they dont need to have it at a fancy stadium..especially when all they use it the parking lot
Maynard-that place is full for the nepl's..never mind a national event

plenty of parking, right off main roads with many hotels in close vicinity.

huge field area with enough room for fields, vendors and patrons.

cape cod would be good but still not Ideal, with the sand feilds and such, brockton would be a much better place, when they held the nppl there it was a realy good set up event, fully grassed feilds, more than enough parking, places for the vendors, there were grand stands for the main feild, it was very good location for an event

is the cost for Boston going to be the same as for DC

(thats the only event that shows up under registration so its the only one that you can check the cost for)

also having just got back from maynard for ncpa I think that while the fields themselves are nice (though the one we were playing on had some wrinkles in it that a teammate tripped on, and our dead box blew away so we just had to stand off to the side) i don't think it has the space for an event the size of USPL

i cant imagine them ever hosting it at maynard. It was already said before, their is NO room for vendors. Theirs no chance of it being at gillette again, due to the addition of patriots place, so there would be NO parking!! and the only place that i could see it being at is the brockton fairgrounds, like the 07 nppl event. Even though parking wasnt the best, their was plenty of room for feilds and vendors to setup.

like nick said its gonna be at brockton manyard is just crazy its all wooded before the airball fields not only vendors but the pits too. its gonna be a brockton again i was talking to my local shop owner if youre from boston you should know XAPB and he said that NPPL loved brockton so they are gonna go back again

maynard is to hard to find for many people. its in the middle of nowhere its obvious whoever is saying its going to be there has never seen a national event or maynard theres not enough pit area, not enough space for that many 7 man fields or 5, there is only about 4 i think.

the maynard was good for NPPL though in my mind. nice hotels about 15 minutes away, fairly close to the city. also there was enough space for vendors so i don't know where people are getting this info. also u can set up the pro field in front of the grandstands they have there which are much bigger than the grandstands that are usually set up. because of this nppl was able to put the grandstands in front of the other fields.

only negative side is parking not that big and its in the middle of nowhere. but at least is closer to boston than gillette.

there was never an nppl event at maynard, they held a spyder cup event there I believe, nppl was at gilette in 06 and brockton in 07, which is the most likley for the uspl event since the nppl brockton event was a realy great set up event, the biggest "problem" there was parking and it wasnt even a problem

im thinking cape cod because it seems that they are trying to schedule tourneys so that they are having them at existing paintball locations to directly give back to the buisness.

and the sand doesn't matter..you think there is 4 turf squares just chillin at hb, ready for play..no

uspl has their own turf..
