Vendors aren't in neat rows like they were when NPPL did it.

No surprise that of the 5 new "pro" teams, 0 made the cut. Even considering that half the teams made the cut. There are D1 teams that look better than some of the pros. And all the guest players coming in is ridiculous. Montressor playing for United? Lang playing for Arsenal? Is this the twilight zone?

I think all the classification issues such as level of skill in certain divisions will balance out as the season continues. There were a lot of D1 teams that should NOT be D1.

Pro:
Legend was only a win away or 16 points away. Placed ahead of rage who has been a current pro team. Cant really dog them, yeah there new but give it a little time.
Eplicit also did well After their first 3 games, getting up to "pro speed" only missing the cut by 24 points, barely loosing their last game to XSV. I watch them practice and know 90% of their players, they are up and coming. I promise that. Cant bag on them either. They did good.
But as for the other new teams, they payed to fund the league. So dont really complain.
And yes D1 had some not so great teams, but i see why they might have done so because D2 was stacked. A ton of great teams. I played in this division and can personally say so.

vendor layout was not so great...and they needed more boards on the sand by the pits cause dragging your bag in the sand for over a hundred yards can get tireing

I thought the tournament was ran excellently. I love the scheduling format and how we were right by our field for our sessions. The vendor area was ok. The league is young. I hope it grows to be better than what the NPPL was, and I loved the NPPL. Paint was ok. The cost is a little high for my team to possibly play other events. If at all possible, if they could drop the entry fee a couple of hundred dollars, I think more teams would play. All in all, I think it was an A class event. Thanks to the the staff and refs for making it a great tournament.

Pretty solid event IMO. Run well, only complaints would be that you had to DRAG you gear through hella sand to get to the pits, some of the field's turf was super uneven and that there wernt that many vendors.. But still a sick event.. How can you complain about playing paintball on the BEACH!?

They kept throwing lots of pods into the stands. There was this really annoying dude that kept getting up without a shirt and talking crap to everyone in the grand stand. Other than that, awesome.
