velocity of the BT Delta elite?

i recently purchased a bt delta elite, when i first used the marker it was running at 300 to 340 (cronied), now i can't get it past 210, i have cleaned it replaced seals, what else can i do to speed it up?

adjust the velocity screw?

I had a similar problem, but out of the box the DE would not chrono above 240fps. I replaced the spring with a stronger one and had no problems getting a proper fps at the chrono. BT sells a spring kit.
I have seen this in at least 3 DE.

Even with the strongest spring, mine barely reaches 280. Still, that's the limit at my field anyway so I'm fine with it.
