-I am planning on sending you the money and I was going to pay for your services (inspection and shipping to me)
-If you receive the gun and it is not as described so the deal falls through ..... do you charge the seller to get his gun back or do you use my money I sent you for shipping?

If i want to buy a gun via paypal from someone do i paypal u the 3rd party payment then the person ships the gun to u then once u recieve it i paypal him the payment for the gun then you send it to me?
im just a little confused on how it works for buying guns

Generally, you paypal me money to ship and for the fee only. Then he sends me the gun. I inspect it and relay my findings. Once that is done, you paypal him the money direct. He confirms he got it and I ship you your new gun.
