milsim is military simulation snd they are mods mainly for looks. some players like them, others dont...
i like 'em personally...
but they dont have to be used in scenario games and you can play scenario games without a milsim marker, but that is usually where you will see them the most. some players only go for performance and not looks, but some go mainly for looks while keeping performance in mind.

That's a great paintjob Angel. I just repainted my A-5 to flow better. Now all the parts are painted and clearcoated a couple of times...
