as i am told by a ref who just finished the USPL ref clinic, things should be easier and better for players but tougher on the refs.
don't know what that means but that's what he said.

it means there will be more things for a ref to look for. as for a player things mostly stayed the same.

I am one of the refs for this event, and to say our job will be harder is somewhat true, the tall t thing will be one of the issues we will need to be more aware of and the penalty will be any player that checks out with an obvious hit is a 2 for 1. the reality is the players need to read and ask questions on thurs proir to the start on friday--we will be enforcing the rules like we always do-- fairly and with equal enforcement no matter the team, player, or ranking.

Good Luck to all the teams and I hope the best for all of you.
