For some reason my sft bolt will not come out and im pushing pretty hard. I am afraid I will damage the bolt. Please help.

It won't come out of the firing can or from the SFT itself?

i think he is talking about the bolt out of the can.... cuzz the bolt out of the gun is pretty easy

so you just gotta take off that oring, and youre good to go homie
