The standard BT E-grip has the following modes:
1) Semi
2) Ramping 10 BPS
3) Ramping 13 BPS
4) Full Auto 10 BPS
5) Full Auto 13 BPS

There are BT forums out there as well as BT Paintball's website that has a link to manuals. The ERC Manual or E-grip manual available on those websites will be of benefit.
The E-grip modes are changed on the board itself using the black shunt that comes with it. Placing it in different contacts changes the modes.
The APE board is changed by tapping the external On/Off button to get the the proper setting.
