Omlette your right about it being fitted to body, but it also screws off below that part... If you grip the rubber really hard and twist.... Remember righty tighty, lefty loosey.... It'll unscrew.

I learnt this while installing blackheart cause it made my life a lot easier to separate the two pieces...

ok i thot u just meant the body attachment but yes under that it does unscrew...just remove the rubber grip and use some rubber straps

i tested it, shot a few times - pointng down, til the reg went cold, and it stoped shooting, for a few seconds, but i ddnt hear a thing

Hey, has anybody disassembled the reg? i cant find any specification about the thread of the spring plataform, is it left-hand threaded?
i tried a little , both ways, but its tight.

OK, so the Vibe I saw with a CP reg was fake then? I looked at the parts diagram and saw threads. Looks like I may need to pull mine off to verify this. I want a CP reg or similar.

Oh yeah, the Hyper3 regs by DYE will only fit a DYE or PROTO. Unless they branched out on the thread size.

Yup, they make one that is normal threads. They also make an adapter that lets you use the small hyper threads on a regular VASA.
